Julie Kremer

Julie Kremer of Namaste Studio DenverOriginally from Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, born and raised here in Lakewood, Colorado. I am a nature loving outdoors woman and I enjoy coming together with people from all over the world, as well as integrating a variety of art, music, and dance into my life from different cultures. From my own world travels, I have trained under a particular group of mentors who have taught me of the skills and knowledge to teach about the balance of whole body health through physical fitness and preventative energy healing (inner body massage).

My life goal is to support my community by teaching to balance three integral aspects of being: Mind, Body, & Energy. I offer training the mind through creativity, the body through exercise, and awareness of energetic principals so one can discover the elite being they are meant to be, at any age! My coaching offers a formula that is created for any individual for all of their particular needs.

After graduating from Webster University, I received certifications in:

I believe I am a forever student who is constantly learning to stay in tune with the current information and daily updates for those who strive for a strong, healthy, and balanced quality of life. In this way, my clients and students become empowered to carry on knowledge that has the power to transform and improve their quality of life. I enjoy coaching those who are coachable. I feel the biggest gift I can give someone is knowledge that empowers them to take charge of their health and well being.

My philosophy, as taught through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFFA) defines wellness as “The balanced dance of the six dimensions of life: Physical, Spiritual, Social, Intellectual, Occupational, and Emotional.”

I feel that wellness is actively being accountable with the Master inside. I feel that at any and all stages of life, we should choose a master / teacher /personal trainer outside of ourselves that mirrors the Master within to come out and play, taking us to a level within that we never imagined we could reach before!

To stay fit and healthy, I enjoy yoga, TRX Suspension Training, snowboarding, biking, running, meditation, being outside, eating whole foods with awareness of health, being of service to my community, and spending quality time with the loves of my life: my family and  friends.
